Taking a look at condominiums, Evanston has now 144 properties available for sale. Along with that we have 70 condos under contract and waiting to close. In the last 30 days Evanston has seen 50 condos close and they are now sold.
This is all an indication of a very busy market with many people viewing homes and looking for a new home. In past years the number were already down and people were watching the leaves change colors and getting ready for the holidays.
