The premise is following a buyer as he attempts to improve and sell the property, usually over 30-90 days.
You go through all their problems with poorly managed time frames and lack of construction know-how. Watch how the homeowner
picks out bathroom tile or fixtures to suit their tastes, only to have the show’s host question them
"Do you think this is something that will appeal to your potential buyer?"
